Sr Principal Consultant – Healthcare – NetSuite Advanced Customer Support (ACS) - Managed Services
Oracle NetSuite's Advanced Customer Support (ACS) team is seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with deep Healthcare industry expertise to join our growing Managed Services practice.
This role is ideal for a senior consultant who understands the operational and financial complexities of healthcare organizations and can help customers continuously optimize their NetSuite investment after implementation. The successful candidate will combine strong ERP consulting skills with healthcare industry knowledge and an excellent understanding of accounting and finance processes.
This position can be home-office based and requires modest travel as appropriate.
The Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offering provides a subscription service delivering functional l ERP consulting that helps customers continuously improve, innovate, and maximize business value from their NetSuite investment.
As part of the ACS team, you will partner with healthcare customers to identify opportunities for improvement, recommend leading practices, and deliver ongoing enhancements across finance, operations, reporting, automation, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver trusted advisory services that drive and improve operational efficiency, financial visibility, compliance, and user adoption, leveraging NetSuite leading practices across healthcare finance, procurement, supply chain, and operations.
- Partner with healthcare customers to identify business process improvement opportunities using ACS methodology.
- Work collaboratively with customers to prioritize and deliver high-value functional enhancements.
- Design and document functional requirements for system enhancements, configurations, workflows, reporting, dashboards, integrations, and automation.
- Configure NetSuite solutions to support evolving customer business requirements.
- Collaborate with Technical Services teams on customizations, integrations and third-party applications.
- Support customers through testing, solution validation, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
- Help customers leverage AI-enabled capabilities including financial insights, intelligent reporting, document processing, workflow automation, and operational analytics.
- Use AI tools internally to improve consulting effectiveness through requirements gathering, documentation, meeting summaries, solution design, and issue analysis.
- Perform quality reviews of solution designs and deliverables.
- Maintain and expand NetSuite expertise through certifications, continuous learning and adoption of new capabilities.
- Collaborate across ACS teams including Technical Services, Support, Customer Success, Analytics, and Solution Consulting.
- Follow Oracle consulting methodologies and ACS delivery best practices to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Required Experience
- 6+ years of ERP consulting, finance systems, or business transformation experience.
- Strong NetSuite ERP functional consulting experience.
- Experience working within the Healthcare industry, including one or more of:

- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into ERP solutions.
- Experience configuring ERP applications and supporting business process optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience leading customer workshops and executive stakeholder discussions.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- 2+ years of customer-facing consulting experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification.
- SuiteFoundation Certification.
- CPA, CMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification is highly desirable.
- Experience with healthcare compliance requirements and financial controls.
- Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management and financial reporting.
- Experience with healthcare-related integrations including EMR/EHR, billing platforms, payroll, procurement, or financial systems.
- Knowledge of SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, Dashboards, and Workflow.
- Experience working within SaaS or cloud ERP environments.

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $93,900 to $143,900 per annum.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
