Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, data models, and data pipelines to support analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
- Build executive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Metabase and Looker.
- Manipulate, transform, and analyze data using Python and JSON to generate relevant insights.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through advanced data analysis.
- Administer, configure, and continuously improve corporate chatbot solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Create and optimize prompts to improve AI response quality and user experience.
- Manage conversational flows, API integrations, and chatbot architecture.
- Create, review, and maintain FAQs, technical documentation, and AI knowledge bases.
- Continuously update and improve chatbot knowledge repositories with relevant information.
- Map manual processes and implement automation solutions using AI and system integrations.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to define solutions, improvements, and innovation opportunities.
- Solid experience with SQL, including queries, data modeling, and data pipeline development.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and analytical models.
- Advanced skills in building executive dashboards and reports using Metabase, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
- Experience with Python programming and JSON manipulation for data analysis and transformation.
- Practical experience with Generative AI technologies, LLMs, and chatbot platforms.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques and experience optimizing AI-generated responses.
- Experience managing chatbot environments, including conversational flows, API integrations, and architecture.
- Experience maintaining AI knowledge bases and documentation.
- Experience implementing automation solutions using artificial intelligence and integrations between systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
