Accountabilities:
- Analyze marketing performance across SEM, SEO, and AI-driven channels to identify trends, root causes, and optimization opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and automate dashboards, reports, and data models using BI tools and SQL to support marketing decision-making.
- Define and standardize key performance metrics aligned with business strategy, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights.
- Develop forecasts, run experiments, and perform diagnostic and exploratory analyses to evaluate campaign and channel effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, data, and business stakeholders to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
- Design and maintain marketing data infrastructure, including integrations with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search Console.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and insights generation while exploring their impact on marketing performance.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or analytical operations environments.
- Strong experience analyzing SEM, SEO, and ideally AI-driven or Generative AI search channels.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, with experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling, forecasting, experimentation, and root cause analysis.
- Strong understanding of marketing data infrastructure and Google marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console).
- Experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for analysis, automation, or reporting.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data to business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex insights for senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or MBA are a plus.
