Why this role matters
You will directly influence the employee experience by helping remove workplace barriers and ensuring employees have meaningful access to opportunities and support

What we offer
The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives and experiences of employees across the enterprise
Exposure to complex, high-visibility work that strengthens your expertise, judgment, influence, and strategic thinking in accessibility, accommodations, and employment-related compliance
A collaborative HR team that values continuous learning, partnership, and shared problem solving
Who you are
A confident and credible advisor who can navigate sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment
Skilled at analyzing complex information and translating legal, medical, and operational considerations into practical recommendations
Comfortable operating independently and making decisions in situations where guidance may not always be clearly defined
Strong in critical thinking, risk assessment, and balancing competing priorities
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate, defensible documentation and high-quality case management
Passionate about accessibility, inclusion, and creating workplace solutions that provide equitable access
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3–5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR advisory services, disability management, accommodation administration, or related HR functions
Preferred Experience
Experience in HR Operations, HR Advisory Services, or an HR Service Center environment
Knowledge of workplace accommodations, disability management, leave administration, and accessibility solutions
Experience working with case management systems such as ServiceNow
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
