As of March 31, 2026, TDAM and its affiliates manage over $500 billion in assets on behalf of pension, insurance, endowment/foundation, and corporate clients, as well as high-net worth clients and retail mutual funds.

In attaining this client commitment, TDAM has built one of Canada’s largest and most respected investment management and research teams with more than 220 Portfolio Managers, Associate Portfolio Managers, Traders and Analysts.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Content Marketing, the Associate is responsible for collecting, validating and analyzing data from multiple platforms to provide regular audience engagement updates to executives and senior management. • Provide guidance to business partners on content effectiveness, including insights into which topics and formats resonate best with key audiences
  • Define, track and report on KPIs, benchmarks and performance trends aligned to content marketing objectives
  • Analyze investor, sales, campaign and audience engagement data to identify content gaps, emerging trends and optimization opportunities
  • Track, validate and interpret content metrics across website traffic, email marketing, social media, campaign performance, CRM and sales enablement channels
  • Translate data into clear, concise insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Complete ad hoc research, analysis and reporting requests to support content marketing, sales and business strategy teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence or a related reporting function
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to collect, validate, analyze and interpret data from multiple sources
  • Experience building, maintaining and improving dashboards, reports and performance scorecards using tools such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Salesforce, Pardot or similar platforms
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for business partners and senior stakeholders
  • Understanding of campaign, digital, web, email, social media, CRM and/or sales performance metrics
  • Strong data quality mindset, with attention to accuracy, consistency, source validation and performance measurement discipline
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach and a demonstrated ability to show initiative and resourcefulness
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
  • Creative thinker and problem solver with curiosity to identify trends, gaps and opportunities through data
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and confidently
  • Sound understanding of financial markets, investment products and sales channels, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex business subject matter
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively with marketing, sales, analytics and business partners

Nice to haves:

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with data modelling or reporting automation would be considered an asset
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Salesforce, Tableau, Pardot or similar marketing analytics, CRM or business intelligence platforms
  • Knowledge of TDAM's various sales distribution channels (retail and institutional)
