Skills and Competencies15+ years of proven success in B2B sales or business development within financial services, preferably with banking clientsDemonstrated success in driving year-over-year revenue growth through consultative sales of complex software, SaaS, or analytics solutionsIn-depth knowledge of Lending solutions and Generative AI workflowsSolid understanding of the global financial services industry, including market dynamics and customer business driversExcellent relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers at banksStrong presentation and negotiation skills, with experience delivering product demonstrations, workshops, and proposals to diverse audiencesBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
