Senior Manager, Global Corporate Compensation

This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Senior Manager, Global Corporate Compensation, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Corporate Compensation team reporting to the Director, Corporate Compensation and Performance Management, you will partner across regional HR teams to design and implement a consistent compensation framework.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Grow a global, Corporate Compensation philosophy while adapting to local market dynamics.
- Assess job profiles, internal equity, salary grades, and market data to guide pay decisions and advise HR and business leaders.
- Support compliance analyses and reporting for local and national requirements.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Align compensation approach for Corporate Team Members across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa by partnering with regional Compensation teams.
- Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and Regional Compensation teams to govern global job architecture and benchmarking.
- Influence policy implementation, including US and EU pay transparency compliance.
Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
- Lead continuous improvement of compensation processes, including merit planning and allocation, bonus calculations, and promotions, while advising senior leaders.
- Manage job architecture governance and compensation adjustments for US, and develop support model for non US.
- Develop salary structures globally to help pay decisions.
- Advance compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and develop strategy for global pay transparency.
- Improve efficiency in survey submissions and job mapping.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Six (6) years of professional experience
- Four (4) years of compensation, HR, consulting, or strategy experience with a large global workforce
- Demonstrated proficiency with analytics and presentation tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ten percent (10%) travel international and domestic
- Onsite in McLean, VA
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree
- Analytics expertise in advanced, modern tools (e.g. Tableau or PowerBI)
- Experience working in matrixed, multinational organizations

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $120,000 – $160,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
