You will own the Finance workstream end-to-end from solution design and configuration to Go-Live, hypercare, and post-implementation support.Key Responsibilities:Lead Finance Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution designConfigure GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Fixed AssetsDrive data migration and financial reconciliationSupport integrations (banking, payroll, external systems)Lead SIT, UAT, and Go-Live cutover activitiesProvide L2/L3 support and continuous improvement post Go-LiveEngage senior stakeholders and lead the Finance workstreamQualificationsRequired Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, or related field7+ years ERP Finance consulting experienceProven delivery in IFS Applications or IFS CloudStrong knowledge of IFRS and finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R)Experience in data migration, reconciliation, and Go-Live supportStrong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skillsRelevant IFS certifications preferredAdditional InformationWe champion flexibility and hybrid work options to support varying lifestyles and personal needs.
