• Business Development Candidates within CFD/multi-asset brokers

Important Note on Timeline: 

• Status: Pipeline (Proactive Application) 

• You will receive a confirmation that the referred profile has been submitted

Referral Ownership:
1. Your referral ownership of this candidate lasts for 12 months from the date of submission.

2. We will speak with your referred candidate if there is a suitable role. Should there be no suitable role at this time, we will pipeline their profile for future consideration.

Referral Recognition:

Since this is a pipeline role, referral rewards are only triggered if and when the candidate is hired for a specific open position in the future.
