Accountabilities:
- Planning, building, testing, deploying, and optimizing email marketing campaigns from initial concept through performance analysis.
- Managing email marketing calendars to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, consistently, and on schedule.
- Applying email marketing best practices, including segmentation, accessibility, responsive design, deliverability, and engagement optimization.
- Maintaining and updating website content through content management systems to ensure information remains accurate, relevant, and user-friendly.
- Supporting website launches, blog publishing, campaign updates, and digital content improvements.
- Collaborating with Marketing and Communications teams and internal stakeholders to coordinate priorities and manage multiple requests.
- Providing recommendations on digital best practices, timelines, and campaign execution strategies.
- Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness.
- Using data and insights to refine future campaigns and support informed digital marketing decisions.
- Continuously improving processes, tools, and workflows to enhance digital communications operations.
- Hands-on experience planning, creating, testing, and deploying email marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including audience segmentation, accessibility, responsive design, deliverability, and performance tracking.
- Experience managing website content using content management systems such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML and digital content management is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder requests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, polished digital content.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

- Competitive salary range of $59,000 to $69,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and role complexity.
