If hired, you will support a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including capital markets transactions (public and private debt and equity offerings), as well as M&A and strategic investments. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel - Capital Markets, you will partner closely with key stakeholders, including Corporate Development, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and Finance.This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-impact transactions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while serving as a trusted legal advisor to the business.In This Role, You WillSupport a range of complex corporate transactional matters, including capital markets transactions, M&A, and strategic investments.Draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of transaction documentation, provide advice on deal structuring and strategy, and conduct and support due diligence and ongoing compliance.Partner with Corporate Development and other cross-functional teams to execute transactions.Support legal and other departments in the management of post-closing obligations.Work collaboratively to prioritize business objectives and support overall company success.Work efficiently with outside counsel.Support other internal...
