- Design, build, and enhance features that solve real customer problems across existing and new software products
- Collaborate within an agile (Scrum/Kanban) team focused on continuous improvement in planning, estimation, and delivery
- Deliver sprint commitments by proactively identifying risks, removing blockers, and partnering with stakeholders
- Develop high‑quality, secure, and performant software using modern tools and multiple technology stacks
- Contribute to the evolution of our development practices, including CI/CD and DevOps
- Work closely with cross‑functional partners such as Product Management, Architects, and QA to deliver excellent user experiences
What You Bring? Must‑Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience building web applications (intermediate level)
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Hands‑on experience with full‑stack development, including:
- Front‑end frameworks such as React and TypeScript
- Back‑end technologies such as Node.js
- Cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent)
- Experience working with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
- Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming principles
- Solid knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals and how they impact user adoption
- Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a habit of documenting decisions and solutions
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
- Experience building or supporting large‑scale, customer‑facing web applications
- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure‑as‑code
- Experience with Microsoft technologies such as C#, .NET, Azure, and SQL
- Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft certifications)
