Working closely with Sarine Moumdjian, Manager Member Services, your role will be to help clients figure out their career path through individual counseling. Good news, we saved you a seat!What you'll be doingThoroughly assess clients' situationsOffer short-term guidance during an initial meeting and follow-up meetings (assistance in career planning and development)Develop and provide resources and tools according to the client's needsWe'd love to hear from you if you haveComfortable in French and English, both spoken and written Member of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d'orientation du Québec (OCCOQ)Part time availability of 21 hours/week min.At least 3 years of experience as a career counselorExperience working in a remote environment or openness to remote workExperience working with adult clientele is an assetAt Dialogue, your well-being is our priorityTaking care of others also means taking care of our team!
