Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain PHP-based applications using the LAMP stack, ensuring scalable and efficient backend systems.
- Build and maintain backend services while integrating frontend components developed by cross-functional team members.
- Develop reusable, testable PHP modules and ensure high code quality through best practices and standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness across web systems and databases.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain core applications and database systems to ensure reliability and stability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and remote team members to gather requirements and deliver features within timelines.
- 3–6 years of experience in PHP development with strong expertise in the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
- Strong understanding of backend development principles, database design, and system optimization.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter is a plus.
- Proficiency in Git or other version control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in remote or distributed teams.
