Role and Responsibilities
Job Description
To lead and execute strategic marketing and sales campaigns across Latin America, driving revenue growth, enhancing brand value, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels (D2C, B2B, and retail). This role will focus on seasonal campaigns (e.g., Mother’s Day, Black Friday) and sales initiatives (e.g., Samsung.com anniversary), while fostering collaboration with support functions such as Customer Service, B2B, and Samsung.com. The position will also ensure alignment with corporate marketing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and contribute to Samsung’s overall business objectives.
Key Job Responsabilities
Develop and implement seasonal and sales campaigns: Design and execute high-impact campaigns aligned with regional and corporate goals, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand value across all channels.
Regional Adaptation: Ensure the regional adaptation of seasonal campaigns and achieve 100% implementation across Latin American countries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with Customer Service, B2B, Samsung.com, and other support functions to integrate marketing initiatives into broader business strategies.
Drive revenue growth: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, focusing on measurable outcomes such as sales growth, customer engagement, and market share.
Ensure regional consistency: Maintain uniformity in brand communication across Latin America, working with multiple stakeholders to align strategies and execution.
Manage agency relationships: Oversee multiple agencies to ensure efficient campaign execution, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with Samsung’s operational standards.
Analyze campaign performance: Consolidate data from various sources to evaluate campaign success, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
Influence leadership: Present impactful insights and strategies to regional marketing and sales leaders, securing buy-in and driving alignment.
Foster collaboration: Build relationships across teams and regions to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
Advanced English required (Spanish desirable but not mandatory).
Experience in marketing, branding or related fields.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Experience in trade marketing or sales is desirable
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong knowledge of campaign management methodologies and best practices.
Familiarity with data analysis tools to consolidate insights and drive decision-making.
Strategic thinking: Ability to develop robust strategies addressing short-, mid-, and long-term goals.
Business orientation: Focus on aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives for positive impact.
Project planning: Strong organizational and project management skills for effective planning and execution.
Presentation skills: Capability to deliver clear and impactful presentations to leadership for approval.
Collaboration: Agile mindset to build relationships and integrate contributions from diverse teams and regions.
Critical thinking: Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate actions.
