Accountabilities:

    • Provide real-time assistance to travelers, managing requests, changes, and unexpected situations throughout their journeys.
    • Deliver high-quality customer support across French, English, and Spanish communication channels.
    • Handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and empathy under pressure.
    • Use CRM and operational tools to track interactions, update cases, and ensure proper follow-up.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex travel-related issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
    • Escalate urgent or complex cases when necessary, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain clear and professional communication across all customer touchpoints.
    • Requirements:

      • 3+ years of experience in customer support, hospitality, or the travel industry.
      • Fluency in French, English, and Spanish (mandatory).
      • Strong passion for travel, global destinations, and customer experience.
      • Excellent communication skills with a high level of empathy and cultural awareness.
      • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
      • Strong organizational skills with autonomy and adaptability in remote work settings.
      • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital operational tools.
      • Availability for flexible working hours depending on operational needs.
