What will you be doing?  

• Supervise, support and guide a team of Member Experience Assistants and providing day to day guidance 
• Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of members in the building
• Manage incoming emails, deliveries and day to day queries
• Demonstrate collaboration with all members of the team, including management, facilities and cleaning. 
• Act as the first point of contact for larger client queries and concerns
