Accountabilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with game studios and publishers across the APAC region.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding their localization, QA, and audio production needs and expanding service usage.
- Prepare tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
- Lead pricing discussions and support contract negotiations to secure profitable and sustainable partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with internal production, QA, audio, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality service delivery.
- Represent the organization at gaming industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities across the region.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends in the APAC gaming and localization ecosystem to identify new opportunities.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B account management, partnerships, or sales roles, ideally within gaming, localization, publishing, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the APAC gaming market, with an existing network in the industry considered a strong advantage.
- Fluency in Japanese or Korean, along with professional-level English communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote, cross-time-zone environment.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance client needs and business goals.
- Passion for gaming and familiarity with game development, publishing, or localization workflows is highly desirable.
