Accountabilities
- Diagnose go-to-market performance across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and customer expansion.
- Develop ideal customer profile (ICP) frameworks, market segmentation strategies, buyer journey architectures, and positioning recommendations.
- Design integrated growth strategies spanning AI visibility, organic search, paid media, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, product experience, and customer retention.
- Translate business objectives into measurable growth initiatives, success metrics, and strategic KPIs.
- Build prioritized strategic roadmaps based on business impact, implementation effort, and organizational readiness.
- Lead executive-level strategy sessions and present recommendations to senior business stakeholders.
- Direct cross-functional collaboration across strategy, design, content, analytics, development, and media teams to ensure successful execution.
- Leverage customer research, market insights, performance data, and AI-enabled analysis to continuously refine strategic recommendations.
- Identify additional growth opportunities across commercialization, customer experience, and product strategy initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Proven success leading growth initiatives across multiple stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Strong experience building integrated demand generation, customer acquisition, and conversion strategies.
- Expertise in defining ICPs, buyer journeys, market segmentation, and messaging frameworks.
- Deep understanding of modern marketing ecosystems, including paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, and AI-driven discovery.
- Experience presenting strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders, including C-level leaders and founders.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business data into actionable strategies.
- Agency, consulting, or product-led growth experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting complex, high-consideration purchasing journeys is an advantage.
