Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, CMDB, and workflow automation modules.
- Act as a senior technical authority, providing guidance on architecture decisions, design trade-offs, and platform best practices.
- Design and oversee complex integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Define and enforce engineering standards, coding guidelines, and automation best practices across teams.
- Review technical designs, user stories, and solution approaches for high-impact initiatives.
- Drive platform performance, scalability, and reliability improvements through advanced engineering practices.
- Provide hands-on support for critical incidents, escalations, and complex troubleshooting scenarios.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to strengthening overall technical capability within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and compliance to ensure robust and compliant solutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD, SDLC, testing, and release process improvements for ServiceNow delivery.
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules and enterprise implementations.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, data models, security (ACLs), and platform performance tuning.
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, and enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and their implementation within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience with SDLC, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated testing frameworks.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and Integration Hub Specialist are strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in ambiguous and complex environments.
- Experience working in large-scale, global, or enterprise ServiceNow ecosystems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, guide teams, and influence engineering decisions across multiple streams.
