Per Diem Environmental Services Aide

Role responsibilities

The Environmental Services Aide performs housekeeping duties, including cleaning patient rooms, offices, and operating rooms. Additional tasks involve changing bed linens, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and removing trash and hazardous materials.

Requirements

Candidates must have equivalent to a high school education and six months of janitorial or custodial experience. Preferences include one year of recent documented experience in a hospital or hotel setting and familiarity with isolation protocols and biohazard waste handling.
