Store Experience Coordinator

As our Store Experience Coordinator, you’ll provide support in creating bold, engaging and memorable in-store experiences that connect with customers and drive sales. From exciting campaign rollouts to innovative store layouts, you’ll shape how our brand shows up on the shop floor every day.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll collaborate across marketing and retail teams to deliver seamless, standout experiences across all our stores.

12 Month Contract - Full-time based in our Port Melbourne Support Office.

The role

• Lead the rollout of campaigns, promotions and seasonal activations across all stores
• Elevate visual merchandising standards, ensuring consistency and creativity across locations
• Design and maintain planograms to optimise flow, visibility and commercial outcomes 
• Partner with store teams to deliver exceptional execution through tools, training and support
• Coordinate suppliers and partners to deliver high-quality campaign materials and displays
• Support new store openings, refurbishments and key store projects

Abou you

• Passionate about retail, customer experience and bringing brands to life
• Strong background in visual merchandising, retail operations or store experience
• Confident in delivering campaigns from concept through to in-store execution
• A natural collaborator who thrives working across teams and stakeholders
• Detail-driven with a creative, solutions-focused mindset
• Up to date with retail trends and excited to test new ideas
• Relevant qualification or equivalent hands-on experience in retail, marketing or design
