**Job Description Summary** **Job Description** **Essential Responsibilities** + Collaborate in the definition and control production process, including tooling and equipment + Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools or equipment + Execute routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and contributes to technological developments in the team + Work together with people from the business unit + Develop manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI), document process changes, drive process/fixture improvements, drive lead and cycle time improvements, cost of Quality (COQ) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) actions + Participate in LEAN initiatives and engage Six Sigma tools for process improvements **Qualifications/Requirements** + Master's Degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree with a relevant work experience + Previous experience in production/manufacturing domain + Proven analytical and organizational abilities + Fluent Italian and English + Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required **Desired Characteristics** + Mechanical background/Degree is preferred + Strong oral and written communication skills + Ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact + Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously + Effective problem identification and solution skills **What we offer** **Smart working and work life-balance** Avio Aero, when possible, promotes hybrid work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
