Accountabilities:
- Provide technical support for enterprise mobility solutions by managing and resolving mobile incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot issues related to mobile applications, deployments, and device management platforms.
- Sign, configure, publish, and maintain iOS and Android applications across Apple App Store, Google Play, and MDM environments.
- Manage mobile application deployment through enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
- Configure mobile applications, provisioning profiles, and device settings within MDM environments.
- Monitor mobile environments to identify recurring issues, failures, and performance concerns.
- Work directly with end users to diagnose application issues, collect logs, and resolve technical problems.
- Escalate complex technical issues to development teams when necessary.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and end-user guides.
- Support MacBook enrollment processes and related troubleshooting activities.
- Generate reports to analyze and monitor the mobile application portfolio and operational performance.
- Experience managing mobile applications using Microsoft Intune.
- Hands-on experience publishing mobile applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Experience working with Apple Business Manager.
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, including VMware Workspace ONE UEM (AirWatch).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Company Portal and enterprise mobility management best practices.
- Experience with Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, DataDog, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Blackberry Dynamics is considered an advantage.
- Experience managing ticket queues while delivering excellent customer support.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
