Accountabilities:
- Build, develop, and support project-based sales opportunities within hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and other healthcare accounts.
- Identify and pursue targeted prospects and accounts to expand opportunities related to healthcare construction and infection control solutions.
- Manage sales leads, prioritize opportunities, and provide regular updates on project progress and pipeline development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, equipment planners, physicians, hospital leaders, construction partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Create and deliver customer presentations, educational materials, proposals, and strategic recommendations to support business growth.
- Support regional sales teams and corporate account initiatives, including RFP responses and strategic opportunities.
- Manage third-party partnerships and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen project outcomes.
- Represent the organization professionally while building trust and credibility within the healthcare design and planning community.
- Maintain accurate project information, forecasts, and customer records using CRM tools.
- Support project management teams during key healthcare installation initiatives when needed.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and planning community presentations to generate awareness and identify new opportunities.
- Ensure all activities follow regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and professional best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of medical device capital equipment sales experience with direct engagement with architects, equipment planners, physicians, hospitals, or healthcare organizations.
- Alternatively, 4+ years of relevant clinical experience combined with strong sales capabilities.
- Understanding of healthcare construction, facility planning, engineering concepts, and applicable local codes and standards.
- Proven success achieving revenue objectives and managing complex sales opportunities.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level healthcare stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, communication, writing, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and develop strategic solutions that support business objectives.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across regional and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM platforms.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings, projects, and industry events.
- Total compensation range of approximately $195,000 - $204,300, including base salary and target incentive compensation, depending on experience and location.
