Accountabilities:
- Define and lead the multi-horizon product strategy for engineering intelligence and insights, balancing short-term customer needs with long-term platform evolution.
- Drive the development of analytics and insight experiences, including dashboards, AI-powered interfaces, and conversational analytics capabilities.
- Partner closely with engineering and data teams to shape scalable data infrastructure, pipelines, APIs, and knowledge graph integrations.
- Design a tiered insights experience that includes self-service dashboards, standardized reporting, and conversational AI for rapid decision-making.
- Prioritize key metrics and use cases such as DORA metrics, value stream performance, AI adoption impact, and cost/ROI analysis.
- Translate executive and engineering leader needs into product requirements that deliver actionable, decision-ready insights.
- Enable cross-functional teams (sales, customer success, engineering) with analytics tools and dashboards that improve internal and customer-facing workflows.
- Drive alignment across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure a consistent analytics vision and successful product adoption.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager leading complex, data-intensive or analytics-driven product initiatives at scale.
- Strong background in building BI tools, dashboards, or engineering analytics products for technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of software engineering lifecycle metrics (e.g., DORA, cycle time, value stream management).
- Experience working with data platforms, pipelines, APIs, and collaborating closely with data engineering teams.
- Ability to define product vision and execute across multiple teams in a highly distributed environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing engineering, design, and executive audiences without formal authority.
- Familiarity with AI-powered analytics, conversational interfaces, or knowledge graph-based systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured product strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, global, and asynchronous environments.
