Join IFS.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a process- and systems-oriented individual with a strong finance background and a keen interest in analytics to join our growing FP&A Budget and Forecast Process team.In this role, you will report to the FP&A Budget & Forecast Process Owner and provide support to both the Process Owner and the Global FP&A Systems Owner. Key responsibilities include:Delivering Level 1 and Level 2 support to the finance communityManaging monthly system administration activitiesAnalysing forecast and budget submissions to ensure adherence to central controlsSupporting budget and forecast planning cycles, including process execution and implementationDriving and contributing to process improvement initiatives and system-related projectsSupporting broader FP&A activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the businessAssisting in the ownership and management of the Cost Centre processManaging business communications related to system updates and changesDemonstrating a proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and solve problems  QualificationsQualificationsStrong understanding of finance data domainsProven experience with ERP systems, preferably IFS, with exposure to SAP or Oracle also considered valuableAdvanced proficiency in ExcelAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, transformational environment, contributing to change and continuous improvement with a positive and analytical mindsetCapable of managing multiple priorities and delivering under pressureStrong attention to detail, particularly when working with large volumes of dataHighly collaborative, flexible, and dependable, with a strong sense of integrityConfident communicator with strong interpersonal skillsFluent in EnglishExperience in Power BI report development is advantageousPrior experience in the IT industry is preferred but not essentialAdditional InformationWe embrace flexibility and hybrid work opportunities to support diverse needs and lifestyles, while...
