Software Engineer

**Job Title:** **Junior Software Engineer (Salesforce & Systems Integration)** **Role Overview** We are looking for a hands-on Software Engineer to support the continued development and rollout of our Salesforce platform, while contributing to broader internal systems including our CX platform and ERP development. This role reports to the Head of IT and is ideal for a developer with strong Salesforce fundamentals and an interest in systems integration and telecom environments. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop, customise, and maintain our Salesforce platform (Apex, Flows, objects, automation) - Support ongoing rollout and optimisation of Salesforce across the business - Manage and enhance our CX platform (Engine CX) - Contribute to the design and build of internal ERP systems - Develop and maintain API integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems - Assist in data modelling, reporting, and workflow automation - Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing technical support - Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions **Requirements** - 1–3 years of experience in software development - Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Apex, Lightning, Flows, APIs) - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations - Basic understanding of databases and data structures - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - Good communication skills in English **Nice to Have** - Experience with ERP systems or internal tools development - Familiarity with telecom environments - Understanding of BSS/OSS systems - Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I) - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) **What We Offer** - Opportunity to work on a full Salesforce rollout and system build - Exposure to telecom and global network infrastructure business - Flexible working / remote options - Competitive salary based on location and experience
