This is a relationship-driven role focused on keeping tenants satisfied, buildings running smoothly, and vendors accountable — not a financial analysis or capital projects position.If you're a strong communicator who builds trust easily with tenants and vendors alike, and you carry yourself professionally in front of government stakeholders, this could be a great fit.What You'll DoManage a portfolio of 12 small commercial buildings, one tenant per buildingServe as the primary point of contact for the building and the tenant relationshipCoordinate with facilities teams and vendors (HVAC, roofing, and other trades) to keep buildings operating smoothlyBuild and maintain effective vendor relationships remotely — primarily over phone and Microsoft TeamsEnsure vendors are responsive, accountable, and meeting service expectationsAct as the steady, dependable presence tenants can count onThis is a straightforward, people-first PM role: keep the tenant happy, keep the buildings running, keep the vendors accountable.What You Bring4+ years of commercial property management experience (any background in commercial PM is welcome)A natural relationship builder — comfortable holding real conversations with tenants and vendors, including remotelyA polished, professional presence — you represent the company in front of government tenants, and presentation mattersStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties and vendor relationships at onceComfortable coordinating primarily by phone and Teams rather than in person with vendors*********LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY **********8Please Note: This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
