In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our critical HR systems landscape including but not limited to Workday, Greenhouse, Lattice, CultureAmp. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and understanding of HR processes to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our HR technology solutions, supporting our global workforce. You will be a trusted advisor, collaborating with HR, finance, payroll stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.Design, implement, and configure HR systems, including Workday HCM (Human Capital Management, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits), Payroll, and other related platforms.Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to drive system enhancements and process automation.Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.Manage Workday security roles, user permissions, and compliance configurations.Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business needs.Configure and maintain Workday business processes, workflows, and...
