- Disposition MRP action messages daily; release MOs, generate PRs, and issue reschedule recommendations with the speed and accuracy the production schedule demands
- Anticipate shortages before they appear on a report, analyze demand, lead times, and supplier performance proactively and bring solutions, not just problems
- Drive ECD alignment with Program Schedulers, Manufacturing Engineers, and the buying team; own your dates and defend them with data
- Validate eBOM-to-mBOM conversions in Costpoint; identify and correct data integrity issues (lead times, yield, attrition, UOM, min/max) that corrupt MRP output before they corrupt the schedule
- Generate shortage reports, kitting status, and material readiness assessments that are accurate, timely, and stakeholder-ready no chasing, no follow-up needed
- Communicate material, MO, and PO status to Program Control, IMS Schedulers, Quality, and Manufacturing with clarity
- Read and interpret engineering drawings; understand how releases migrate from eBOM through Teamcenter into Costpoint and what breaks when that process fails
- Escalate critical path constraints with supporting data and a recommended course of action, never escalate a problem without a proposed solution
- Hold cross-functional partners accountable to commitments that affect your programs, this role requires influence without authority, executed with urgency
