We partner with some of the world's leading retailers and consumer brands to design, configure, and deploy solutions that drive operational excellence across their frontline teams.We are looking for a highly collaborative and curious individual who enjoys solving business challenges, working with clients, and learning about different industries—from fashion and luxury retail to grocery, pharmacy, and consumer goods.You will join a dynamic and fast-growing international team that plays a key role in the success of our customers and the growth of YOOBIC. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, consulting, customer success, and SaaS technology while working closely with teams across Product, Sales, and Customer Success.What you'll doSupport the delivery of multiple client implementation projects, helping ensure successful deployments that meet client needs, timelines, and quality standardsWork closely with clients to understand their business processes and contribute to the design and configuration of solutions that maximize the value of the YOOBIC platformParticipate in client workshops, project meetings, and change management activities throughout the implementation journeyAssist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for...
