Accountabilities:

    The Advanced Program Manager will serve as a player-coach, combining team leadership with direct program execution responsibilities. The role focuses on building strong teams, accelerating healthcare technology adoption, and ensuring successful program launches through strategic collaboration and operational excellence.

    • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Advanced Program Specialists while establishing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
    • Partner with clinical and commercial teams to define program objectives, success metrics, adoption strategies, and implementation plans.
    • Support the launch, expansion, and optimization of complex healthcare technology programs across hospitals and health systems.
    • Coordinate operational readiness activities, including workflow integration, training support, stakeholder alignment, and implementation planning.
    • Drive technology adoption by providing clinical presence, guidance, and problem-solving support during early program deployment phases.
    • Develop relationships with physicians, healthcare leaders, key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders to support long-term program growth.
    • Apply change management principles to overcome adoption barriers and improve engagement across clinical and operational teams.
    • Create and communicate program performance insights, success stories, and measurable outcomes to demonstrate value.
    • Establish scalable best practices, processes, and training approaches to support future program expansion.
    • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, quality, and organizational standards within a highly regulated healthcare environment.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings a strong background in healthcare, medical technology, program leadership, and stakeholder management. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate independently while managing multiple complex initiatives.

      • Bachelor’s degree required.
      • Previous experience in healthcare, medical technology, surgical technology, robotics, or other complex clinical environments required.
      • Experience leading teams, mentoring employees, or coaching field-based professionals preferred.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, accounts, and competing priorities.
      • Strong ability to learn, understand, and communicate technical products and clinical concepts to physicians and business decision-makers.
      • Proven experience working independently in field environments while maintaining strong organizational discipline.
      • Ability to influence stakeholders, drive adoption, and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals.
      • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills within matrixed organizations.
      • Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including up to 75% overnight travel.
      • Ability to work in hospital and ambulatory surgical settings while following required safety and protective equipment guidelines.
      • Experience working in regulated environments with knowledge of quality and compliance standards is preferred.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive base salary range of approximately $131,000 to $210,450 per year.
