You will facilitate leadership and onboarding programs, design and execute targeted learning strategies, and drive engagement in global learning initiatives. Collaborating with regional teams, you will ensure seamless training delivery and maintain a comprehensive global learning calendar. Additionally, you will conduct learning needs analysis and provide data-driven insights for stakeholders. You will serve as a local point of contact for core products, ensuring data integrity and regular content updates. Your role will require strong project management, data interpretation, and stakeholder management skills, with an emphasis on strategic thinking and adaptability.
