We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end purchasing, inventory control, logistics operations, and supplier relationships. This role is critical in ensuring the uninterrupted flow of materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production requirements, and coordinating domestic and international shipments while ensuring compliance with trade regulations.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, Commercial, and external partners to optimize procurement processes, improve supplier performance, and deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Manage supplier onboarding, maintenance, and performance within the ERP system.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and support future business needs.

  • Negotiate purchasing terms, credit agreements, and service levels with vendors.

  • Support internal departments with sourcing activities, supplier selection, and quotation processes.

  • Create and manage purchase orders for production materials, services, and operational requirements.

  • Monitor supplier lead times, delivery performance, and supply risks, proactively resolving issues and delays.

  • Review outstanding purchase orders and follow up on overdue deliveries.

  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company approval processes and delegated authority requirements.

  • Partner with Finance to manage supplier payments, invoice approvals, and cost allocations.

Inventory Management & Material Control

  • Maintain accurate material master data, including new part creation and bill of materials (BOM) updates.

  • Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock availability based on supplier lead times and production requirements.

  • Perform inventory transactions and stock adjustments to ensure system accuracy.

  • Support production and assembly teams by ensuring adequate availability of consumables and critical materials.

  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, non-conformances, and stock variances.

  • Conduct regular inventory audits at internal and third-party warehouse locations.

  • Drive continuous improvements in inventory accuracy and material management processes.

Logistics, Import & Export Operations

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments while balancing cost, service, and delivery performance.

  • Obtain and evaluate freight quotations from logistics providers and carriers.

  • Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers to ensure efficient movement of goods.

  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, trade documentation, and tariff classifications.

  • Prepare and review shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs paperwork.

  • Coordinate imports of raw materials and exports of finished goods across global markets.

  • Monitor shipment status and proactively address transportation issues to minimize disruptions.

  • Support commercial and bid teams with logistics cost estimates and transportation strategies.

Warehouse & Distribution Management

  • Manage relationships with third-party warehouse providers.

  • Oversee inventory held in external storage facilities and ensure accurate stock visibility.

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activities to support business requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.

  • Experience in procurement, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as Sage, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

  • Strong understanding of purchasing processes, inventory control, and material planning.

  • Experience managing international imports, exports, customs documentation, and freight providers.

  • Familiarity with Incoterms, trade compliance, tariff classifications, and transportation regulations.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
