Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst sits within the Corporate Finance FP&A team and will report to the Corporate FP&A Manager. You will provide value added financial analysis that is used across the FP&A organization and will provide support to functional partners. You will play a crucial role in the monthly financial analysis, quarterly forecast and earnings preparation process and will contribute to our annual budgeting process.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the segment allocation process, including preparation of the annual plan, quarterly forecasts and analysis of actuals and explanation of variances
- Oversee budgeting and review of important corporate finance assignments including Corporate and Other, interest, bad debt and others.
- Provide additional insight into results and support the quarterly earnings and AOP preparation process
- Develop EPM, SAP, FCC and other financial systems expertise
- Work on special projects as assigned by the Corporate Finance leadership team
- Provide ad-hoc enterprise analysis
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- BS or BA in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or MBA desirable
- Typically requires 5 years' experience in Finance or Accounting, within financial planning and analysis
- Working knowledge of SAP and Hyperion Financial Management
- Experience with US GAAP, income statement, and balance sheet
- Understand the business reasons for financial results
- Interpret large amounts of data and present financial concepts to important partners
- Willingness to flex work schedule to accommodate our needs and work across multiple time zones
