Sr. Principal Consultant, Netsuite – Advertising, Media & Publishing
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in NetSuite Financial Management, OneWorld, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), SuiteBilling, SuiteProjects Pro (PSA), CRM, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, and the SuiteCloud Platform. Candidates should be able to translate complex business requirements into scalable functional solutions while leveraging NetSuite leading practices.
Strong knowledge of AMP business processes—including advertising campaign management, project-based services, subscription and recurring revenue, resource management, contract and revenue management, multi-entity financial operations, and performance reporting—is essential. Experience integrating NetSuite with CRM, marketing automation, publishing, advertising technology (AdTech), and marketing technology (MarTech) platforms is highly desirable.
Oracle NetSuite's Advanced Customer Support (ACS) organization provides ongoing functional and technical services that help customers maximize the value of their NetSuite investment through continuous optimization, solution enhancements, user adoption, and operational excellence.
As part of the ACS AMP team, this role partners with customers to optimize finance, project operations, revenue management, reporting, integrations, and AI-enabled business processes that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of overall relevant experience in one or more of NetSuite's core vertical markets.
- Proven hands-on NetSuite ERP functional consulting experience.
- Experience supporting customers within the Advertising, Media & Publishing (AMP) industry strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of customer-facing consulting experience with regular executive and C-suite interactions.
- Familiarity with NetSuite AI capabilities such as Text Enhance, Prompt Studio, Narrative Insights, Intelligent Bill Capture, AI Connector Service, or SuiteScript AI APIs is a plus.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience defining functional requirements for complex SuiteCloud customizations, integrations, and reporting solutions.
- Experience with NetSuite Financial Management, OneWorld, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), SuiteBilling, SuiteProjects Pro (PSA), and related financial processes.
- Demonstrated ability to advise customers on business process optimization using NetSuite leading practices.
- Strong analytical, solution design, testing, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer success and long-term customer relationships.
- Experience leading functional workstreams or mentoring consulting teams is preferred.
- Finance and/or Accounting education or professional experience is a plus.
- NetSuite ERP Consultant or other relevant NetSuite certifications are preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with functional, technical, business process, organizational change, and customer stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in identifying and documenting customer value gaps using the ACS methodology.
- Partner with customers to prioritize and implement high-impact business process improvements.
- Advise AMP customers on industry leading practices for financial operations, project-based services, revenue management, reporting, automation, and NetSuite solution optimization.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for NetSuite configurations, automations, integrations, reporting, and data solutions.
- Collaborate with Technical Services teams to design, validate, test, and deploy functional solutions and integrations.
- Help customers adopt AI-assisted business processes, including reporting summaries, AP document capture, project health insights, operational exception management, and other emerging AI capabilities.
- Leverage AI tools to improve consulting efficiency through discovery analysis, requirements documentation, meeting summaries, research, issue analysis, and executive-ready deliverables.
- Guide customers on responsible AI adoption by advising on use-case selection, data quality, governance, validation controls, security considerations, and organizational change management.
- Perform quality reviews of functional deliverables developed by other consultants.
- Maintain expertise in NetSuite capabilities through continuous learning and relevant product certifications.
- Collaborate with ACS consultants, Solution Architects, Technical Services, and Product Subject Matter Experts to deliver customer success.
- Follow ACS delivery standards and internal processes that support consistent, high-quality customer outcomes.
