Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end growth experimentation pipeline, including ideation, prioritization, execution, and post-analysis of product experiments.
- Design and run 10–20 experiments per quarter focused on improving activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, and conversion metrics.
- Develop clear hypotheses based on user behavior, product analytics, and business performance indicators.
- Define success metrics upfront and evaluate experiment outcomes using both quantitative data and qualitative customer insights.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to build, launch, and iterate on growth initiatives.
- Translate experiment results and customer feedback into actionable product decisions and roadmap recommendations.
- Conduct independent data analysis and partner with analytics teams to uncover opportunities and validate product ideas.
- Engage regularly with customers to deepen understanding of needs, pain points, and growth opportunities.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or product-led growth environment.
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests or structured product experiments from hypothesis to analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience defining success metrics and evaluating product performance based on evidence rather than assumptions.
- Ability to independently analyze user behavior and product data to generate insights and identify opportunities.
- Strong understanding of growth concepts such as activation, onboarding, retention, engagement, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and remote-first environments.
- Nice to have: SQL proficiency, experience with tools such as Amplitude, PostHog, Statsig, Customer.io, or Metabase, and prior experience in high-growth startups or growth-focused roles.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $85,000 to $115,000 USD depending on experience and location.
