About Us: The Pratt & Whitney DT Vendor Management Office (VMO) within Digital Technology Transformation is responsible to integrate all aspects of DT supplier relationships and governance supporting the digital transformation initiatives through collaborating and partnering with suppliers, leaders, and functional service owners. Function: Digital Technology (DT) VMO
Reports To: Manager, VMO
Position Summary:
The Vendor Management Office within the Digital Technology Transformation Office is looking for a passionate candidate to integrate all aspects of the vendor relationships and governance supporting Enterprise and the transformation initiatives through collaborating and partnering with vendors, leaders, and functional service owners. A key component of the role is ensuring the ongoing oversight and management of the sourced relationships. The position is designed to support & assist the various DT internal functions in the support of our contingent labor workforce, vendor relationships and performance. The preferred candidate will work closely with our Sourcing, Finance, Procurement & external vendor partners in this role.
What You Will Do *
- Assist with procurement of goods and services by creating, updating and closing out all purchase requisitions for all Digital Technology contracted labor(services).
- Oversee contract renewals, onboarding and offboarding with PWC DT Leased Labor
- Oversee all Global DT Contingent Labor Governance activities and reporting
- Identify, research, analyze and resolve procurement issues within DT areas
- Collaborate with PWC and PWP Finance for collection of DT services spend
- Create and maintain process documentation around DT purchase requisitioning and invoicing support
- Provides support and guidance to functional leads with vendor / contract related issues.
- Collaborate with global team members to collect and analyze vendor data and lead initiatives
- Provide a variety of support functions within the Vendor Management Office
- Support DT VMO project implementations
- Collaborate with the members of the VMO and other departments to optimize the purchase requisition process.
- Assist in resolving DT VMO questions or concerns.
- Support other members of the VMO team with SharePoint or DT Spend Dashboard assistance
- Manages conflict resolution and vendor/contract related issues and escalations as needed.
- Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality and the timeliness of deliverables.

Qualifications You Must Have * :
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of project/program management experience; or Advanced degree and minimum 5 years of project/program management experience.
- Information Technology /Computer Science skills, analytical, presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly self-directed and willing to learn & pivot quickly with a solid ability to drive and deliver results.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of Procurement and Vendor Management principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Show initiative and be responsible for follow through.
- Experience in supporting multiple projects and priorities concurrently in a fast-paced environment of rapidly changing solutions and priorities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong aptitude towards process development and documentation
- Problem solving and Interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing strategies and accounting principles
- Developing relationships with service providers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate and lead by influence for strategic technical leadership and creation of long-term strategy roadmaps aligning and communicating with all levels of the business and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Solid understanding of Performance based contract management.
- Understanding of vendor management fundamentals, contract management leadership and excellence
- Strong skills in analyzing business processes and technical solutions to identify and execute on opportunities for continuous improvements.
- Experience working in a heavy regulated environment.
- Experience with SAP, Ariba, SAP Fieldglass
- Experience with SharePoint Administration
