Accountabilities:

    • Handle inbound calls from members, providers, and pharmacies regarding pharmacy benefit programs, prescription services, and mail-order pharmacy support.
    • Manage a high volume of customer interactions while navigating multiple applications and systems to provide accurate and timely assistance.
    • Resolve customer questions and concerns through effective problem-solving, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
    • Deliver consistent, compassionate customer service while meeting or exceeding established call center performance standards.
    • Build trust with customers by demonstrating patience, empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to helping resolve their needs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional partners to address issues and improve the overall customer experience.
    • Participate fully in required training programs and maintain reliable attendance and availability.
    • Requirements

      • High school diploma or equivalent required.
      • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
      • Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-oriented when handling challenging conversations.
      • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
      • Comfortable working with computers, multiple applications, and digital systems simultaneously.
      • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook or similar productivity tools.
      • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
      • Reliable home internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with minimum speeds of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
