ISC Project Management Specialist II - m/f/d
The ISC Project Management Specialist supports the A350 Program Management Team by leading and coordinating material-related initiatives across the integrated supply chain (ISC). This role focuses on project coordination, materials execution, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery, compliance, and continuity of supply.
The scope of responsibilities may evolve based on business needs and ISC priorities.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coordination and execution of material-related projects supporting the A350 program
- Create and manage customer orders and quotations in alignment with program requirements
- Administer materials under administrative or legal block and maintain accurate records
- Allocate critical parts and support escalation management to mitigate supply risks
- Develop and maintain reports for A350 materials, orders, and performance metrics
- Produce daily OTTR (On Time To Request) trend reports for parts on critical or legal block
- Collaborate daily with Export Compliance, A350 Program Team, Lufthansa, CSR teams, order processing, planners, and buyers
- Monitor orders that cannot ship from ERDC locations and coordinate transfers to U.S. sites as required
- Ensure compliance with export, legal, and internal supply chain policies
- Provide backup coverage for ISC team members during absences
- Maintain daily interaction with HIS customers to support service and delivery commitments
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in integrated supply chain, materials management, project management, or logistics preferred
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- SAP knowledge
