Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation and propose HVAC solutions, products, and services that align with customer requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including Owners, Consultants, and Contractors, to identify project opportunities, participate in tender preparation, and support commercial negotiations.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Proactively identify new projects and potential customers to expand market share and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Deliver professional product presentations and technical training sessions to Owners, Consultants, and Contractors.
- Monitor project progress and pipeline closely to maximize win rates and achieve assigned annual sales and booking targets.
- Utilize relevant software tools for equipment selection and preparation of cost estimates, quotations, and sales orders.
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly reports on project status and sales activities.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Service teams to ensure timely product delivery and high-quality after-sales technical support.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning).
- 2–3 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably in project sales and working with consultants and contractors.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and AutoCAD.
