Accountabilities:
- Manage the delivery of learning service engagements for customers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
- Partner with account teams to understand customer objectives, program requirements, and opportunities for improvement.
- Act as the primary communication link between customers and internal teams throughout service engagements.
- Conduct virtual customer meetings to gather requirements, understand business needs, and provide recommendations.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and progress updates.
- Provide project management support for learning platform implementations, including configuration activities and integrations.
- Guide customers on learning resources, product capabilities, and best practices, including delivering training sessions when needed.
- Monitor project risks, identify potential challenges, and support the development of mitigation plans.
- Apply learning and development knowledge to recommend solutions that align with customer goals.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while delivering value throughout the customer journey.
- Analyze project outcomes and available data to support reporting, insights, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of professional experience in learning and development, including areas such as content curation, learning facilitation, leadership development, reporting, or learning administration.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and practical experience applying learning and development methodologies.
- Experience managing projects, creating work plans, tracking deliverables, and driving initiatives to successful completion.
- Consulting skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide practical recommendations.
- Experience working with learning management systems (LMS), learning platforms, or digital learning technologies preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage virtual audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret reports, identify insights, and support data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment with distributed teams.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–15% annually and flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours.
