Accountabilities:

    The Learning Engagement Consultant will manage customer-facing learning projects from planning through completion, ensuring successful delivery, strong stakeholder relationships, and alignment with customer goals. The role requires a combination of consulting expertise, project coordination, communication skills, and the ability to translate learning needs into effective solutions.

    • Manage the delivery of learning service engagements for customers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
    • Partner with account teams to understand customer objectives, program requirements, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Act as the primary communication link between customers and internal teams throughout service engagements.
    • Conduct virtual customer meetings to gather requirements, understand business needs, and provide recommendations.
    • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and progress updates.
    • Provide project management support for learning platform implementations, including configuration activities and integrations.
    • Guide customers on learning resources, product capabilities, and best practices, including delivering training sessions when needed.
    • Monitor project risks, identify potential challenges, and support the development of mitigation plans.
    • Apply learning and development knowledge to recommend solutions that align with customer goals.
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while delivering value throughout the customer journey.
    • Analyze project outcomes and available data to support reporting, insights, and continuous improvement.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will have strong experience in learning and development, consulting, and project management, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across virtual teams.

      • Bachelor’s degree in education, business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
      • 8+ years of professional experience in learning and development, including areas such as content curation, learning facilitation, leadership development, reporting, or learning administration.
      • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and practical experience applying learning and development methodologies.
      • Experience managing projects, creating work plans, tracking deliverables, and driving initiatives to successful completion.
      • Consulting skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide practical recommendations.
      • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS), learning platforms, or digital learning technologies preferred.
      • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage virtual audiences.
      • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret reports, identify insights, and support data-driven decisions.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.
      • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
      • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment with distributed teams.
      • Willingness to travel approximately 10–15% annually and flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours.
