Accountabilities

    As a Senior Sales Trainer, you will lead the development and execution of sales enablement initiatives that improve team readiness, strengthen sales methodologies, and drive consistent revenue performance.

    • Own the strategy, administration, and adoption of key go-to-market platforms, including sales enablement, conversation intelligence, CRM, prospecting, and engagement tools.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for enablement systems, ensuring platforms are optimized, adopted, and aligned with business objectives.
    • Maintain structured learning resources, content libraries, and certification programs that support continuous seller development.
    • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs that accelerate ramp time and build long-term sales capabilities.
    • Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions focused on sales methodology, product knowledge, competitive positioning, and customer messaging.
    • Create field-ready enablement materials, including training decks, battlecards, one-pagers, and communication templates.
    • Translate complex product, market, and competitive information into clear and actionable resources for sales teams.
    • Partner with sales leaders to coach seller behaviors, identify performance gaps, and reinforce best practices through structured feedback.
    • Use data from sales tools and analytics platforms to measure program effectiveness, track behavior changes, and demonstrate business impact.
    • Collaborate with product, marketing, revenue operations, customer success, and pre-sales teams to ensure sales readiness for launches and strategic initiatives.
    • Champion sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to improve qualification, deal progression, and forecasting accuracy.
    • Requirements

      The ideal candidate is an experienced sales enablement professional with strong instructional design skills, technology expertise, and a proven ability to improve sales performance within a B2B SaaS environment.

      • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a related role within a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.
      • Demonstrated experience owning the adoption, governance, and optimization of sales enablement platforms and GTM technologies.
      • Experience managing CMS/LMS content libraries and creating structured learning paths for sales teams.
      • Proven track record designing and delivering enablement programs with measurable impact on onboarding, pipeline generation, and revenue outcomes.
      • Strong content creation skills, with the ability to independently develop polished training materials, presentations, battlecards, and sales resources.
      • Ability to simplify complex technical products and translate them into clear, compelling sales messaging.
      • Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
      • Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments with limited direction and shifting priorities.
      • Ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across teams.
      • Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
      • Familiarity with AI tools and large language models to accelerate content creation, personalization, and enablement workflows is preferred.
      • Experience supporting sales teams selling into finance, accounting, payments, AR/AP, or treasury functions is a plus.
      • Instructional design experience or experience supporting customer-facing teams such as pre-sales or customer success is preferred.
