Guides the coordination of infrastructure implementation efforts for Oracle data centers. Models collaboration with Program Management teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time. Provides guidance in collaborations with vendors to deliver build out of data center infrastructure. Responsibilities Key ResponsibilitiesData Center Design & Implementation-Cabling Infrastructure:-Oversees implementation of structured cabling solutions for new data center builds and expansions.-Supervises the deployment of physical plant cabling systems.-Ensures team understands global data center cabling and infrastructure standards and ensures team maintains adherence.-Contributes to troubleshooting moderately complex cabling infrastructure connectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords as needed.Data Center Design & Implementation-Implementation & Continuous Improvement:-Guides the coordination of infrastructure implementation efforts for Oracle data centers.-Drives development of sustainable and repeatable solutions to support the continuous improvement of data centers.Project Management-Project Planning:-Provides guidance on aligning team to the scope of project work, reviewing the Bill of Materials and resources available, reviews the project roadmap to align with the scope and business needs.-Ensures team prioritizes customer experience in project planning and delivery.Project Management-Reporting & Documentation:-Models collaboration with Program Management teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time.-Attends vendor business reviews to report on team's project updates and document vendor progress and roadblocks.-Drives the creation and maintenance of documentation on cabling and build standards for data center infrastructure.Vendor Management:-Provides guidance in collaborations with vendors to deliver build out of data center infrastructure.-May participate in the vendor bidding and selection process as needed.-Mentors team to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external project stakeholders.Core ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Execution:-Manages multiple medium- to large-scale projects or initiatives across teams, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets when applicable are monitored and met. Provides direction to teams on project work, setting priorities, and aligning with business needs. Guides teams on adjusting plans to accommodate resource or timeline changes.Collaboration & Partnership:-Drives cross-functional partnerships to align on expectations and shared objectives across multiple teams. Coaches team members to develop strategic relationships with business leaders, stakeholders, and external partners to foster collaboration and long-term success.
