The role oversees site acquisition, leasing, engineering design, construction delivery, and ongoing facilities operations across offices, operational sites, warehouses, and commercial locations. The position requires strong leadership across real estate development, engineering governance, construction execution, and facilities management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company’s real estate strategy aligned with long-term business growth and operational needsIdentify, evaluate, and secure new sites including lease negotiations, acquisitions, and renewalsLead end-to-end construction and capital development projects from planning and design to execution and handoverOversee architectural design, civil engineering, structural works, and MEP systems across all projectsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to engineering and safety standardsEstablish engineering specifications, construction standards, and technical governance frameworksManage contractor selection, tendering processes, and vendor negotiations through structured RFP processesImplement strong procurement governance and contractor performance management systemsEnsure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, safety requirements, and environmental standardsOversee ongoing facilities management including utilities, HVAC systems, building maintenance, and operational reliabilityImplement preventive maintenance programs and asset lifecycle management for all facilitiesDevelop and manage capital expenditure budgets for real estate development and infrastructure investmentsMonitor project financial performance including ROI analysis, cost optimization, and budget controlsLead multidisciplinary teams including real estate managers, engineers, construction managers, and facilities teamsBuild scalable processes and operational standards for infrastructure management as the company growsManage relationships with landlords, developers, contractors, consultants, and government authoritiesImplement risk management frameworks across construction projects and facility operationsIntroduce modern infrastructure solutions including automation, smart building technologies, and energy-efficient systems QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field12+ years of experience in real estate development, construction management, engineering, or infrastructure operationsProven experience delivering large-scale construction or infrastructure projectsStrong expertise in tendering, procurement, and contractor managementExperience managing multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, and facilitiesStrong understanding of construction processes, engineering systems, and building regulationPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate Development, Construction Management, or Business AdministrationProfessional certifications such as PMP, RICS, or Chartered EngineerExperience managing logistics facilities, warehouses, or multi-site operational infrastructureStrong financial modeling and capital planning skills for infrastructure investmentsFamiliarity with sustainability standards and energy-efficient building systemsBy clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are...
