Accountabilities:
- Define and evolve product positioning, messaging, and market narratives for quantum networking and security solutions across enterprise, government, telecommunications, infrastructure, and security audiences.
- Lead go-to-market strategy, launch planning, and execution for new products and capabilities, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling customer-facing content, including messaging frameworks, thought leadership materials, web content, case studies, and sales enablement resources.
- Partner with product and technical leaders to incorporate customer feedback, competitive insights, and market trends into roadmap communication and strategic decisions.
- Build and optimize AI-enabled product marketing systems, including knowledge repositories, competitive intelligence tools, and workflow automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate content creation, market research, launch execution, and sales enablement while maintaining strong strategic judgment and quality standards.
- Develop competitive intelligence programs by monitoring market trends, competitors, and emerging category dynamics, transforming insights into actionable recommendations.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by incorporating buyer needs, market feedback, and purchasing behaviors into positioning and product strategies.
- Support sales teams through enablement materials, battle cards, training resources, objection handling guidance, and strategic support for complex customer opportunities.
- Help establish repeatable product marketing processes and operational frameworks as the technology portfolio continues to grow.
- 6–10+ years of experience in B2B or B2G product marketing within industries such as cybersecurity, infrastructure, telecommunications, deep tech, quantum technology, or other technically complex markets.
- Proven experience owning go-to-market strategies, product positioning, launch execution, and market adoption initiatives.
- Strong understanding of quantum networking, quantum security concepts, or related emerging technology markets and buyer environments.
- Experience working with sophisticated buyers such as enterprise security leaders, government organizations, infrastructure operators, or telecommunications companies.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with the ability to transform technical information into engaging narratives for technical, executive, and customer audiences.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with experience collaborating across product, engineering, sales, marketing, leadership, customers, and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment in complex organizations.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect product capabilities, customer needs, positioning, and business outcomes.
- Experience working in fast-moving, evolving markets where category creation and customer education are essential.
- Experience building or managing AI-enabled workflows, knowledge systems, automation tools, or intelligent content processes.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, technically challenging environments.
