Job Description As a Security Officer Dispatch Control in Sterling, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic tech and telecommunications location. In this role, you will monitor security-related systems, coordinate communications, document activity, and help to deter incidents through timely response and strong attention to detail. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.18 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while coordinating communications between on-site personnel, visitors, and/or local responders.Monitor radios, telephones, cameras, and other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and help support timely dispatch of personnel.Maintain detailed logs, reports, and incident records, including tracking visitor, contractor, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns through established channels.
