This role is a senior leadership position responsible for building and scaling a high-performing Project Management Office that drives excellence across customer implementations and professional services delivery. You will oversee end-to-end project governance, portfolio management, and operational execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong financial discipline. Accountabilities

    You will lead the PMO function end-to-end, ensuring strong governance, delivery excellence, financial oversight, and organizational alignment across all customer and internal initiatives:

    • Lead the PMO, defining governance frameworks, delivery standards, methodologies, KPIs, tools, and reporting structures.
    • Establish and enforce consistent project execution practices across all customer implementations and internal programs.
    • Oversee portfolio health, including risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and delivery performance.
    • Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues and drive cross-functional resolution.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.
    • Define performance expectations and support career development, coaching, and capability building across the team.
    • Ensure strong execution of implementation projects, including scope, schedule, risk, stakeholder, and issue management.
    • Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, leveraging lessons learned and operational insights.
    • Oversee professional services operations including forecasting, utilization, capacity planning, and margin performance.
    • Develop executive reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into project and portfolio performance.
    • Partner with executive stakeholders to align delivery priorities with business objectives and customer outcomes.
    • Champion the adoption of PMO tools, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to improve operational efficiency.
    • Requirements

      This role requires extensive experience in project and program leadership within SaaS or enterprise software environments, along with strong business and financial acumen:

      • 10+ years of experience in PMO, program management, or project delivery leadership roles.
      • Proven experience leading SaaS implementation teams and enterprise customer deployments.
      • Strong background in PMO governance, portfolio management, and delivery frameworks.
      • Experience managing forecasting, budgeting, capacity planning, utilization, and operational metrics.
      • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing project management teams.
      • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
      • Experience collaborating across product, engineering, sales, finance, and customer success functions.
      • Ability to manage multiple complex, concurrent customer implementations.
      • Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies in SaaS environments.
      • Experience with PMO and delivery tools such as Wrike, Jira, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
      • PMP certification and retail or supply chain industry experience are strong assets.
      • Strong organizational leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
