This is a product that challenges traditional banking by putting customers in control of how their balance is held. Banks keep the yield; we pass it on.The approach is unique:• A current account backed by real assets• Daily returns across the entire balance• Instant access with no penalties or lock-ins• Segregated, bankruptcy-protected custodyAbout the TeamOur investment products create tax obligations. The team mission is to make tax season effortless and seamless for Wise customers. We strive to simplify tax complexities by doing the heavy lifting for them, ensuring they easily understand their tax obligations. Additionally, we provide comprehensive, crystal-clear reporting to guarantee total product transparency. Our goal is to empower customers with the insights they need to feel completely confident in our platform and understand exactly how it works for them.QualificationsWhat do you need?We are fully aware that it is uncommon for a candidate to have all skills required and we fully support everyone in learning new skills with us. So if you have some of those listed below and are eager to learn more we do want to hear from you!A strong product mindset and passion for user experience, you prioritise work with the customers in mind and make data-driven decisions to fix customer pain-pointsGreat communication skills and the ability to articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical audiencesAbility to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
